I have NO IDEA what this really means. And it doesn't say anything about plain ol' Sue who is 22 or whatever. I was not 'served' in person, this much I know.

Can someone put this in layman's as to which methods of delivery are considered 'personal delivery'? I am so confused.

Edit: I think I misunderstood the first part but I get it now. But it looks like it still must be left with and actual person, not just left at the address. Am I wrong? Thanks :)

I guess they probably could have just mailed it, huh? I wonder what kind of 'proof' is required that it was delivered. But I am afraid to call the court since the judgement is unpaid.

EDIT: SIGH... Looks like I probably signed a green card for it then, huh?

BLAH. Don't know what to do about these judgements.

Just because they should have done that, doesn't mean they did do it.

Do you sign so many green cards you don't know when you are signing one?

This was a VERY long time ago. I don't remember things like signing a CRRR card that many years ago. And yes, I have signed a lot of them in my lifetime, I was an office manager. :)

    Any advice?
