After lurking and learning for a few months, I filed today against Experian in California Small Claims Court. I was wondering if anyone had a strategy on timing the process service to them? Should I do it ASAP? Wait until a much closer, but still legal, number of days to serve them?
Thanks to all for your help on this and for all of your posts in the past

If you filed I would do it ASAP..otherwise why file.

What address did you come up with? I'm in CA too and it seems they have a lot of addresses.

Be prepared for fun. They will ask for a continuance automatically so expect that. Also, expect the unexpected. I expected in mediation to argue case law. Instead the person who came lied about the whole thing and stated such crap as 1)they have never done inquiry deletions and never allowed online inquiry deletions 2)my tradeline was never deleted so how could they have been required to provide a 5 day notice. there were many more and my final hearing is march 28th. I am ready.

Sic em Picantel. I'm sure we'll all be right here waiting for results. What time is Court?
