HEY Everyone, I am scheduled to close this Monday on my 1st house and I know that all will be ok. I am ready to move next week, I have rented long enough. I will let you guys know how it turns out.

thickman we close this Monday also at 2:00 pm. Also a first time homebuyer. I still won't believe it until they hand me our keys. Once they do we're running out of there as fast as we can before they change their minds. Congrats to you.....homeowner.

I close Friday the 28th on my first home. I was never nervous about it, but I am now that it is only a week away. Fingers crossed!
