    Hey folks,
I am about fax a counter-offer. If I had the other party sign and fax it back, would it be binding. I am thinking I'd be okay. I just want some of your assurance. Thanks

That would be sufficient to verify their acceptance, and should be sufficient for you to send payment...If you were in a huge rush (impending mortgage or similar), you could use the faxed signature and send payment. But, being anal, and if I had the time, I would require they drop the original in the mail or FedEx it to me before I would send payment. Especially if it deals with deletion of the listing.

Faxed signatures are binding in most cases, only in some cases would it not be acceptable, in yours I believe it is binding.
