I want to send a letter to the CA regarding a settlement they proposed to me over the phone. I know that I need a paper trail of everything. I want to know if there is a settlement letter somewhere that I can use or if someone has any advise. I need help on wording the below: 1. The proposed settlement agreement the CA told me they would take instead of the full balance. 2. They will not and can not sell the remaining balance to another CA. 3. My credit report will not have any derogatory wording that will harm my credit or my report. 4. How to end the letter and what I should put for a signature. Thank you.
Make sure you ask for full DELETION from your reports. There is another thread about this same topic just posted recently.
