I looked in the the 'Letters' section and did not see one. I could have sworn that there was, at least, one in there before. Can anybody help me out with one? Also, is there a standard settlement percentage to start with? Should I just start low, and see what happens? Of course, the main thing is that they agree to remove the negative from my reports.
