   Anyone know where I can find a good settlement letter for a charged off account. The original creditor has offered an amount but I'm going to counter with 50%. Thanks in advance!!

   If it is on your credit report(s), make sure in the settlement letter you include deletion of all listings reported to the CRA's or you are losing the battle.
