Ive found numerous settlement letters to Colletions and none for the OC's is there such a thing or do they have the right to harrass me at work. How do I stop this? I have told them 3 times to stop calling me at work over the last month and they continue. I havent heard form them in about 3 years and now they are driving me crazy since I disputed them.
Nothing in the FDCPA to stop OC's from calling you at work try your state's laws. Settlement letters as in you want to pay them off? If that's so, they are pretty much the same.
