    Hey all, I am trying to find some good settlement letters, can some one point me in the right direction...

    Negotiating a Settlement with the original creditor. I would like to settle but for about 40% of the balance a long with agreement to delete the account off my credit.

    Click on sample letters. Go to C/a to validate and remove listing from their database.www.creditinfocenter.com
    Just reword it to fit your situation.

    Anyone with any more experience in this area?
    I would think it would work..but all of my troubles are with c/a's. LKH, LizardKing, Psychdoc...any of them are very knowledgeable. (sorry if this doesnt help ;) )
