Settlement question

    I would like to make a settlement on 2 unpaid CO's that I have. Has anyone out there negotiated settlements on their own and if so how many cents on the $ did you offer. I need to try to figure out a # to throw at them 1st.

    Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

    I would offer 20% of the balance and work your way up.

    I don't suppose that they usually accept your 1st offer? That would be way too easy lol!
