Citi sent my new account terms for the Shell gas card - they lowered my interest rate from 20.49% to 14.99%. Made me feel good, but I pay it off every month so I never paid any attention to the interest rate. Maybe there is more good news in store for Associates accounts in the future. I was so fed up with their Visa card that I closed it. Then next week I had 3 AR's by Citi and Associates. Doh, too late to save that one, guys. Your rep was even rude to me.
