I called to Citi New Accounts Depatement to check the status of the application. They could not establish another credit line for Shell Platinum Select Mastercard. It is because I excceed the number of Citi Card accounts with the,. They told me that I have 4 Citi credit cards accounts (3 Citi Credit Cards and 1 Universal). She told me that they have deducted portion of one of Citi Card accounts to open Shell Platinum Select Mastercard. I told me that it was ok. They told me that I will receive the card within 2 weeks.
