I am disputing an account with sherman Acquisition to get them to remove their collection from my CRA's they bought an old account from Providian Financial which still shows on my credit report. How do I get providian to remove there account from my credit report as it shows too so thats two negatives from one account. any help with a letter to send to Providian?
