I talked to these people a few days ago to tell them that I had no clue what this account was for/they told me it was a for a cable modem (which I turned in)--it used to be with Gulfstate/I disputed the account with Gulfstate and now since they sent the account to S.A> do I have to dispute with them as well--The guy at the agency told me the dispute will take 6-8 weeks, isn't that wrong.
Fax them at 713-784-9251 That is their Houston Office. They will take care of it ASAP if you threaten them. Don't use the letter from this site, they have seen it 5 or 10 times already!
