For anyone who has been following my posts about Sherman cquisitions, I just finished negotiations with them and they caved in. In oder to avoid the Class Action suit I was threatening, they are paying ME $1,000 to go away, plus clearing my credit file of their trade line, AND, if they ever show up in my CB file again, another $1000. See, it CAN be done.
Exactly how did you do this, I have a problem with them as well they reaged one of my accounts that was formerly w/NCo , disputed NCO removed Sherman took over and reaged. Your help would be appreciated, could use an extra $1000 right about now! Thanks!
