Just pulled my EX report for the first time in over a month...(I have never had one thing deleted from EX anyway)...

Good news...my last repo on all my reports fell off without me disputing it...due to time. dang... I wnated to pull it off early...

Bad news... I recieved a collection notice from a subsidairy of Sherman Acquisitions, Pioneer credit recovery... over a Sears account that the first CA could not validate.

I did not send the subsequent CA collection letter, I sent a normal validation request to Pioneer Credit Recovery (CMRRR). They did not answer my validation request, but Sherman placed this on m report anyway.

Since I sent the validation request to Pioneer (who sent me the letter) and not Sherman, Sherman is still responsible for Pioneers actions, right?

What I'm trying to say or ask, I'm pretty sure this is a violation, or is it. I sent the val. letter to Pioneer, not Sherman... and Sherman reported. Since they are one in the same they should have gotten my letter.

I just disputed through EX to see if they will mark in dispute (violation 2 of not).

How should I approach this now?

I would sit back and wait the 30 days and see how they respond. If they are really contacted?
