I rented what the real estate agent called a California Contemporary. Its a 2 BR 2 Bath townhouse. When you walk in the door there is a huge closet then the dining room. The kitchen is off the dining room. Here is the cool part. From the dining room there is a balcony that looks down into the great room, its huge 14x25 with a patio door wall and a wall of windows. The rent is $710.00, which isn't too bad for this area.
