After geting the Big No twice from TU they remove it on the third try. What I did different was to ask them to verified and wrote the date were the account # is to go, I never ask them to remove just veried.

I have had a mix of luck with TU. I really believe it just depends on who gets the dispute.

    I'm repairing 3 different reports

mine-good luck they remove all I dispute, but some I have to do 2 times

hubby-bad they have not removed a single one

friend-they have removed every single one we dispute. Never had to dispute twice.

I use the same exact method each time-online

    go figure..........

Do you need to sign up for their credit monitoring service to dispute online?

Mike - If you've recently received the report, you can dispute on-line at no charge. When you dispute and it shows as pending, print out the screen because some people have said the credit reporting agencies have tried to change the date on them.

My status is incomplete since I just started disputing on-line. Most people here have had success. Just be like a kid - keep asking no matter how many times they say "NO" because eventually they'll say "YES"
