Should dispute letters to CRA always be certfied return receipt?

    I am sending my first requests out today and want to make sure I do this right....

    Or faxed (you still have the confirmation of receipt).

    The best thing about sending via facsimile (to a CA) they are so used to getting things CMRRR, they forget that facsimiles are equally trackable via the confirmation page. :) The CRAs at least from my own personal experience remember that, and don't violate as easily from a fax, but the fax gets there immediately. :)

    I faxed and sent a letter - just to make sure. I disputed a $100 item with Experian online last month and was just notified that was deleted. The new letters are for four items I sent PTD letters on and received no response.
