I have cleaned up my credit a lot thanks to the people here.

Right now MYFICO score from EQ is 730

On my reports I have the following:

I am an AU on a Chase MC - 15 yr old account, 12,000 limit, 1500$ Balance
    Excellent payment record never late

I also have a secured BOA Visa Card 1 yr old account $1000 limit, 100$ balance
    Excellent payment record, never late

I have one paid tax lien (paid 2 yrs ago ) for $250.00

Also 1 CR shows 1 Household CC -Account Closed / sold to another lender BAL = 0.00

(This was a Charge off from over 10 years ago, I guess the CRA does not have any further info about this, it shows up in the *positive* section of my CR)

Should I apply for one or more cards to increase my credit??

I do not want to get dinged for inquiries !

Try applying for a citi card first - although you have a GREAT score, you might be safer applying for the citi first (amex is so unpredictable)

I feel that you should apply for American Express Blue, because you have positive aged accounts that are over three years old. Even if they turn you down at first ,call them and ask for the number of new card services and find the reason why. You can usually talk to them and work it out. Once they approve you ask them for a line increase and they will usually double your limit. Good Luck!!!
