Should I contact the CA?

I have an account listed on one of my credit reports that is from a collection agency. I challenged the CRA and disputed it as 'Not Mine'. I got a 'verified' response within only a few days so I suspect the item didn't even get investigated. I challenged the CRA again and they responded this had already been investigated before. I suspect this CRA is not actually verifying the accuracy of this account, since I disupted this trade as not mine with the other two CRA's with success.

At this point should I start going after the CA? If so, is their any sample letters I could use as a template.

If I was to keep pursuing the CRA would they have to show me the proof they used to verify the trade line if I asked for it? I am curious how they are validating this account is mine.

    Thanks,
    Glenn
