I have finally cleared all negatives from my Equifax and TU, except for the ch 7 bk from '00. Should I now dispute this or will it cause any problems as them finding out what was wiped out in the bk, and possilby them putting those items back on my report? Or do they just check to see if you had etc and it comes back verified? Thanks
I really don't think so. The worst that could happen would be that it would come back verified. Also, I wanted to find out how you disputed "included in bankruptcy" accounts. I want to start working on these items myself. Thanks.
All I disputed them as is "not mine" until they all came off. I had to do some of them around 5 times before they were deleted.. TU seems to be the easiest by far in removal.
(All I disputed them as is "not mine" until they all came off. I had to do some of them around 5 times before they were deleted.. TU seems to be the easiest by far in removal.) over what period of time.... 5 times... you mean if they verified you disputed right away again?
They were credit cards, collection agencies mainly. All I did was dispute them as not mine, it seems to go better if you dispute them online, most of the time they were deleted. On some of them i had to repeat the procedure like 5 times before they finally came off.. TU and Equifax negatives came off easily, but experian I am having troubles with though it is much better than when I started.
