I need a little advice....I am receiving a collection letter that is not listed on any of my credit reports and I was wondering if I should send a DV letter or not? Do you think they will eventually list the account on my reports? And, since they aren't on my CR's will sending DV letters "push" them to add this on?

I'd make them validate the debt, whether they're reporting or not. And they probably will report eventually, especially if you don't pay them.

But if they haven't already reported, they shouldn't report until they reply to your validation.

Hedwig's right. The easiest way to keep them from putting it on your report is to demand validation.
