I had an account with TSR Wireless for pagers, I paid one year in advance they sent me a bill for $600 at the end of the year for the year I had already paid for. I turned the pagers off immediately and disregarded the letters. I pull up my CR and there it is? I have disputed and sent a certified dispute letter. The CRA's came back verified and TSR has sent no verification. This was back in September.

I am trying to get a loan and this is holding me up.
the lady at the bank said I just need to pay it. If this is the route, How can I pay it and get it off? I heard you can demand, if they want their money to send a letter stating they will take it off. Are there any form letters for this?

    Help!!!

You should have CALLED..."I paid this bill---this bill is in error"

...OR are they collecting for the "NEXT" 12 months???

My guess is that you do not have the cxld check or copy of the money order you paid them with. Or, do you have a statement they sent after you paid them in advance?

Did you send them a letter requesting validation, CRRR before you disputed it with the CA?

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond, very busy. I had to pay it or I wouldnt get the loan, they did agree to settle to a $421 balance that was the amount before they added fees. I asked for a letter that they would remove it and they said they couldnt do that. They knew they had me and I had to pay it again because I was at the end of my rope with the bank loan.

What now, I havent been able to find the info I have on this because it was back in 1998. Can I sue to get the money back I already paid? Does anyone think I have a case?

This whole thing is a scam racket between the CRAs and the CA .
You're probably not the onely one who paid it.
