Should I return OC's calls?

I've read a lot of posts here and am glad to find a pool of knowledge like this. I have been doing quite a bit of credit file cleaning with some success. I have a past BK7 and am amazed at how sloppy the OCs and CRAs are with the TLs.

To the point. I have faxed a few OC's a hard letter with the word "Sue" in it alot. My purpose is to pressure them to correct TLs in my CRAs. I've tried with the CRAs with no luck on these. I gave the OC's 10 days to respond and requested the responce in writing. Two of them have called leaving messages that they 'urgently' need to talk to me about my fax. Should I return their calls or let them sweat. My ultimate goal is deletion.

So let them sweat. Anyone have any guess what they will do with a lawsuit threat? My "carrot" was an appeal for deletion or correction.
