    Dear Sir,
Back on 8/6/08 I pulled my credit report and discovered Midland Credit Management/MCM were reporting 2 collection accounts on my credit reports.

It sure looks to me like accounts #852070**** and R852070**** are the same account with a few dates adjusted slightly and an R added to the account number. On 8/25/08 I requested Debt Validation on these accounts which I have not recieved as of this date. On 9/5/08 I disputed the duplicate accounts with Equifax and the disputes came back verified. Not only this but TransUnion is reporting this as a collection account and Equifax & Experian are reporting it as an installment account. I'm not smart enough to know the difference but I am smart enough to know that the same account should be reported the same way by all 3 agencies and only reported once. I do hope somebody isn't playing games with me. Once again I am requesting Debt Validation or I expect you to immediatly have the trade lines perminatly removed from my credit reports.

What do you guys think? Think they are playing games or do you think they made typos when they reported these? The other thing that makes me think they are playing games is 3 are reported as Midland Credit Management and one as MCM. It is pretty obvious to me that all 4 of these refer to the same account but how do I make the Credit Reporting Agencies, especially Equifax who is reporting 2 of them see it?

They are playing games. You may have to litigate.
