Should I update address on CR?

We just moved a year ago. Dh has a couple of charge-offs (Amex & Sears) that are very close to SOL, depending on if you use our former state of residence or current. (If you use former they're a few months away, if you use current they're past SOL.)
Should I give our current address when obtaining his CR's or just use our previous address? I hope that doesn't sound like a silly, paranoid question! I'm sure I've learned enough from CN to know how to handle them if they do contact us. :)

the CRA will eventually obtain your address. that's a virtual fact. you can help yourself, however, by trying to get all your OLD adresses off your credit report. That way when you go about verifying your debts it'll be harder to prove and some might fall off.

OK...that was my line of thinking also. Thanks for the help!
