I disputed a judgment with Equifax. They verified and then I sent a request for description procedure. They have not responded and the 15 days are up next week. Is it okay to begin disputing another 'round' before finishing the issue with the judgment? I want to make them delete because they did not respond with the time frame allowed.
If you are asking if it's ok to start another round of disputes of different items, then yes. I would send disputes of 2 or 3 items at a time. Then in 2 weeks send a dispute of 2 or 3 different items.
What about the initial dispute? Should I postpone starting others until I get the result I want from the first one?
