When you apply for a refi mortgage/heloc loan, if the mortgage company asks for bk discharged paper and the debtors listed, should you send those papers to them or not? They want to see that all the judgements are discharged in the proper manner. Does it in any way hurt in the future by sending it to them? When there is no other lien on the house why do they want all those papers, I dont get it.

    thanks
