I filed with all CRA's disputes on my CR of just the personal info, inquires and public records. The clock is ticking...... Today, about two weeks into this, I hear from EQ which informs me "here is the CR that you requested". I did NOT request this - I requested an investigation. Then it says "to achieve even greater accuracy, review all of the enclosed material....." Then the ask me to call or dispute online. A sincere (I know...) error or are they trying to play stupid? Stall? Bait me? All the above? I also heard from Exp who send me a form that said this is to assist you in understanding your correction summary ... but nothing was there but two blank sheets. It doesen say that when I question information, tell them specifically why I believe it inaccurate. Well DUH! I did that in my letter. Then there is a section that says "items we investigated" which is also blank but has a little line which tells me if it's blank, then their response appeared on the previous page. Um, no. More stupidity, tricks,.....????? Comments appreciated. Thanks! Shanyl
