It's VB code. click on "post" look in the boxes to the left of the big box, click on the link "VB code" and it will explain it. If you see something you like, click on "quote" and you can see the code in the text box. Copy and paste it where you want it, make your own changes, like colors, etc. Except for signatures, they don't show up when you click on "quote."
Try this (but remove the spaces in the VB code)... [ color = red ] this will appear in red [ / color ] You can select red, green, blue, yellow, gray, and probably a few others. You can also do custom colors using web-standard HTML -- i.e., rather than "=red" you would type "=#AA33CC" or whatever is your choice. By the way "#AA33CC" is a light-colored violet. And if you're wondering what the color designation is for the nicknames above messages, it's "#136086" -- as in PsychDoc. Have fun. Doc
breeze, that's why I love the 15-minute edit rule, lol. I promise that when I typed all of that she hadn't quite figured it out yet. Ok, don't believe me. Fine. Just for that, I'm not going back to Memphis to visit my father for Thanksgiving. So there. (I was looking for an excuse.) Doc
LOL, k....... whatever works, I always say. Actually, I think that when you fix up a signature, it sticks itself to all your previous posts. So, I believe you. But you can spend T-day wherever you like, IMO. Visiting parents can be so stressful, LOL. I know - mine lives with me. The other night she told me what to say to someone on the phone when I call them. I looked at her and said, "Mom, do you think I'm retarded or something?" She didn't understand why I asked, LOL.
