    www.anbcards.com has a Washington Mutual SIGNATURE Visa. 12.99% and 75k minimum household income to apply.

    Thanks Doug for the info. What extra benefits do you get with the Signature card over a Platinum card? I wonder which card would win in this head to head matchup:

    BMW has one too. Buy a BMW get a Visa Signature.

    The signature visa is like the world mastercard. It has no pre-set spending limit. It has full platinum benefits and comes with some fancy extras such as concierge service.
