I read somewhere (can't remember which site) that you should never sign letters sent to CA's. If I don't sign my name is it still official?

    Thanks.

1*CAs can transpose a signature onto another document that you never signed thus making you obligated for something you never agreed to.2*Not a problem as has been discussed here over and over again!

    Re: Re: Signatures?

-Using the same logic, why cant they make you obligated for the same thing WITHOUT a signature?

    -NOT signing is paranoia :)

-In fact, signed, notary sealed, and return receipt requested is the best :) Kinda takes any "questions" out of it.

-LIST ONE case where this happened :)
