   Is Crapital One trying to revive the name? Just checked my Equifax reports and all the Crap 1 ARs changed to "Signet Bank/Virginia" within the past couple of days.
   
   Just some CRA fluke or is Crapital One up to something?

   I think it's a glitch - a bunch of us have AR's as Signet - the account is still Cap One.
