3 chase cards ,chase said because I have not use the cards in six months. And 3 1st usa,1usa said to many cards and high bal. I work hard to get these cards and they closed them like that .very mad.
I know how you feel with Chase because I can relate. I had an acct with 2K, then they decide to lower to 800 platinum due to new accts with short history and utilization. Get this, i called chase credit, and they told me an account needs to be two years old, despite me having an acct with them since nov 02 which is less than 2 years old. I dont understand Chase's rationale.
BRENDA, hi first if you dont mind how many cards and what was your utilization. I currently have 13 at 28 to 37% utilization and don't need this kind of crap. this really sucks
I agree and I also feel because the market sucks they are trying to cut cost. Well I am paying of debt ,lowering my bal maybe they will give me afew cards back.One of the cards had 20,000 limiit by highest that hurt!I hope I get that one back
