Size matters

So I got not one, not two but three copies of my Eq report(s) last Wednesday. I had tried to pull my report online two weeks ago but couldn't. The response said they would mail it later. So I take a look and don't you know that each of them shows slightly different information. Addresses that aren't mine, credit card accounts that I have *never* heard of. They didn't send scores but based on the stuff in these three reports, I could be anywhere from 550 to 700+!!!

When I called last Friday and asked a rep about all this, he said there wasn't anything he could do to merge my files. There are too many entries (PRMs, ARs and accounts) to store in one file. I'd have to wait for accounts to drop off :-( Until then, no oline access.

 

I suggested that they take some stuff off. "No can do" was the response...I'll try asking someone else.
