Just wanted to let you know that I disputed payment history of Dept of Education Loans and they were deleted from EX. They are in forbearance, but it's nice to have that hidden now.
Any idea what kind of validation is required to prove that? I have several that ive kept in forbearance and deferment, and a couple of times ive not sent the proper paperwork in on time, supposedly though if you send it in it will back date (i always date it properly). However, some of mine are showing late, when i know the forbearance backed up to cover those dates. So... ive disputed mine as never late - well see what happens i suppose. Any idea how that works though and whats required to have that kind fo a negative removed in that case? Rain...
Butch just explained to me in another thread that the burden of proof is on the DF, not you. So you don't have to send them anything.
