I am planning to open a small business and would like to apply for a small business card.

Need some advice. I have a pretty low FICO score around 600.

What is the best card out there for my situation and what is the best way to go:

    apply online
    apply by mail
apply with bank I choose to hold my account?

I was looking at the AMEX or Citibank cards but a little intimidated by possible rejection.

(Hi to everyone, I have not posted in a while)

Our company has the American Express Gold Corporate Card. I don't know how strict they are with company requirements, but I was the personal guarantor for our company. I was 20 when I applied and had alot of personal debt (lots of high balances, but no lates or chargeoffs). I would give them a call and just ask what their considerations are. If that doesn't work I would try your local bank. They will usually accept applicants who are account holders, but the limit may be small. Let us know what you decide. Best of luck.
