   hello all,
   I have learned much from this board and credit-repair thanks to all of you.
   My question is this, if you find that you must file a small claims action against one or all three of the CB ,whom do you name, what addies to you use ect..
   I really hope this isn't necessary but Experian is really jerking me around.

   I haven't had to file, yet, but I would think a local office would be sufficient for an address.

   call or go online to your state's secretary of state office. They'll have a registered agent and an address for them.
