    thanks Ed, I have been to all the sites. I just had a few questions pertaining to the MA 30 day letter and a few questions about registered agents.

    Yes your right but if someone hasnt filed a small claims suit in MA they may not know what Im talking about. I spoke with 3 differant state agencys today and got 3 differant answers. I was hoping to find someone that has filed in MA. :)

    Maybe you should post the info anyway-at least the part you're comfortable w/ revealing. Additionally the courthouse where you're filing might be able to help. Unless of course it's Boston-if so I wish you luck.
