Most sizeable law firms maintain a bank of various briefs and other legal writings that were successful or favorable in one forum or another--usually in court. Would something like that benefit CNet'ers in the form of a small claims bank? People could post their experiences and make suggestions for strategies, evidence, how courts are ruling, etc. Just a thought.
