Talked to the local SC court clerk today. Once I file the suit, I can subpoena all of EXP's records.

I know I want to get all their records regarding my disputes, copies of correspondence between EXP and the creditors about my disputes, the names and contact info of the people that handled my dispute...anything else anyone can think of?

Don't wanna get you too scared, but from what I've read, Experian's first move will be to get it bumped to Federal Court to see if they can scare you off.

Have them provide a copy of your credit report as it's given out to prospective creditors. We all know that it seems that the CRA's will remove things from our credit report, and still give that false information out to the prospective creditors. That way if they provide you with anything, you can smash them for another quick grand for giving knowingly false information out.

From what I've heard, they can't move to fed court if they have a registered agent in the jurisdiction...if they do, that's ok...I'll bury them in discovery motions.

They can bump it to FEDERAL COURT...BUT you still have HOME COURT ADVANTAGE...DON'T YOU???
