Well.....as some of you may know, I negotiated payment in exchange for deletion with this towing company. Next thing I knew.....the collection agency tried to report it as PAID! WRONG!!!! So I just called them and told them about the signed agreement that I had with the original creditor. I have to send a copy of the letter tomorrow. Once they verify everything, they will remove it! HA! Glad I made that agreeement! Next I called Risk Management Alternatives in regards to this bill they are collecting on behalf of MCI. I sent them 2 validation letters and finally got results after I had to FAX the second letter to them (the same letter that I sent via Fed/Ex that was signed for!). They are sending the account BACK to MCI and pulling their listing on my credit report! Just a small victory...but I'll believe it when the 2 are actually GONE!
