Well, my results from my online investigation are due tomorrow, but I just thought I would check and see today. I disputed 5 items that were on my EXP credit report. One was updated, three remain, and two were deleted. One of the two was a positive TL, and the other I know for a fact wasn't mine and was deleted. All I'm going to do now is ask for a procedure request, and go from there. I may wait until next month to do another investigation, but I'll have to see. Yes, it's a small victory, having one derog deleted, but I know now that it can be done. Andi
