My husband just received his smartcard about a week ago (aria upgrade or whatever), he's had his Aria open since December 2000. Well he had the worst card they offer, the 23.99 no grace, annual fee and all that jazz. well, he just called the customer service, says he is thinking of closing his acct, they transferred him to retention, and gave him a 15.9. I just cant believe it. They even gave him a grace. So after he got off the phone, I called on mine, I have the mid-grade card, 25 day grace, 17% apr, and they wouldnt do squat! I just cant believe how quick they were to lower his rate when aria wouldnt do anything, we even complained thru planet feedback, the guy called me, but says with the aruia cards, he cant do anything with those, amazing! Anyone else have good luck with Getsmart? (lowering of the apr?) Jamee
