I had a court date , adjourned, I have not gotten any mailing on a new court date. However I just checked my counties record and CC company filed motion for judgment got the said they had proff of mailing new court date ( reading court notes) how can they do this I was never sent any thing saying I should be in court on this date. IAjudgment was filed on me. The court date was suppose to be a month from now. this is a bunch of you know what! I have the slip the court wrote the original date to be adjourned to. Please advise. This is fishy!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe they tried to slip a default judgment by? So you are saying you have proof of when the court date was set from the courts and they are saying they have proof...what proof are they saying? You might be able to get it vacated depending on your circumstances.
