I received a copy of a letter to Experian with all my correspondence attached demanding them to immediately delete the reference Experian has been playing around with. You may have read my posts here about it. Well it is a beautiful letter and states that I have been advised of my rights (yes) and am prepared to pursue (yes). My Attorney gives them 5 days to respond. It is strong, to the point, and has 67 attorney names and 5 offices on the letterhead. Way cool. I'll advise progress as possible. John
