OK, Everyone, my hubby and I are leaving in the morning to go house hunting in our new town. I haven't heard everyone guess which house number it will be that we decide on ..and frankly, I'm hurt. In order to soothe the devastation I am feeling over this, I'm going to bluntly ask...which house will it be? House #??? And...a few facts to make your decision...we have 2 full days to shop and we have given the realtor a list of, um, 9 with 4 high priority houses that we found on the internet.

    Ok! Let the betting begin.

:) Oh, and I'll be writing from El my server will be different...!

    EL Paso??

    Not El Paso!!!

Sorry NanaC, that is where I currently live. The best houses are on the west side of the easts side.

The northeast is mainly military personnel, but they have some good houses.

The lower valley, well, speaks for itself!!!!

So if you need anything, while you are here, please let me know.

And no, I am not from El Paso, but i have been here two years.

    Good Luck

Out in the West Texas town of El Paso,
I fell in love with a Mexican girl.
Night-time would find me in Rosaâ??s cantina
music would play and Felina would whirl....

I say 5 (my nephew's favorite number is 5, I gotta use it again)

    Hey Nana,

Happy househunting. I am praying maybe house number 3?? May I suggest while you are househunting to take a notepad with you, jot down what you like what you hate and what you can live with, normally the will give you the listing page which tells you square footage , type of rooms and any extras the house has, I kept a copy of my notes with each listing page. I did this b/c frankly one day I saw so many houses I was confusing what was in what house!! MAke sure you have a flashlight as well, basments can be dark at times and some houses we looked at didn't have electricity turned on so basements can be very dark.

Good luck to you and if I think of anything else I will post it:)

First, I have to pick myself up off the floor, I was laughing so hard at your guys are hysterical!!!

Now, May I say OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHH YEAH!!! We rock! Avs Rock..what'd I tell ya'll??????

    Ok, now composure...
Mom, thanks for the great advice, I will do that. I won't have to worry about basements though, none in the houses in El Paso...but the note taking is an excellent thought especially when you are cramming them into 2 days of shopping..

::::heehee::::I'ms still giggling over your comments..I did a bad thing folks..I screamed so loud when they scored..yes, each time they scored, I scared my little grandson....sheesh...I felt so bad...then they'd score again...I really tried...

Hello, My name is NanaC and I'm addicted to the Avalanche and I lose control and stuff like that!!

George..yes, everything is packed except the kitchen..if you could be so kind as to take care of that, I'd be most appreciative..

I promise not to post a fourth time in a row...:)

One Day at a Time! You are one step closer anyway :) LOL I think as far as addictions go you are safe with this long as you don't try and crash the locker room after game 7...I can read the headlines now:

Crazed fan runs naked through the locker room screaming "There's no hockey in El Paso! Give me Roy or give me clothes!!" LOL

Congrats NanaC! Good luck with 7.

    Re: Ohla!

I say house #17 (my favorite number) and the actual street address is going to be 78 BLAH Street.

I know that sounds like alot of houses to wade through, but I have a hunch.

    Good Luck!!!
