So, house number???

    The number on the house we went to contract on Friday is 1025, so I'm going to say you'll go with 1027.

    ...we are going to put a contract tomorrow on house #7!!!! Great house...with a pool...how about that?

    (Game 7 - House 7...meant to be!!!) Wish us luck on the acceptance!!

    Well mine did have a 7 in it. As for acceptance I'm sure it will go well for you. The house we put an offer on was owned by a couple who were moving back to New York. His company bought the home from them so they wanted to dump it quick. Just at the right place at the right time.

    Now starts the hard part...the underwriting. I wasn't so lucky, I didn't finish my credit repair so I'm going to go into this with a few bruises.

    It's so wierd....7 has to do with everything here..It was the 7th house, game #7, Bourque is 77, the house number (Miami, that was cute) is divisible by 7, my maturity level is 7....
