Re: And the winner is... Well mine did have a 7 in it. As for acceptance I'm sure it will go well for you. The house we put an offer on was owned by a couple who were moving back to New York. His company bought the home from them so they wanted to dump it quick. Just at the right place at the right time. Now starts the hard part...the underwriting. I wasn't so lucky, I didn't finish my credit repair so I'm going to go into this with a few bruises. Manny
