WFNNB placed a 05-2002 $35 PAST DUE 30 on my EXP. I called WFNNB "Sorry we didn't report it, we dont have any account under your name/ssn, just dispute it". Score dropped big time. I disputed it. I guess this is Payback for all the other disputes EXPERIAN HUH?? UGH? There's no winning..
Imagine running a company that only had to be accurate 75% of the time. Next offer to sell people reports in order that they may correct your mistakes. When revenue starts to slow simply sell this inaccurate data to as many other companies as possible. Shouldn't this be illegal, or does it just feel like we are being shaken down.
My FATHER worked at ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL and BOEING before his death on GPS (NAVSTAR), APOLLO, and the SHUTTLE... He worked with measurements +/- .001 can you imagine if they could have a 20% variance???
UGH? There's no winning. .sam | ======================= The're winning. The consumer is playing with a marked deck.
1*Imagine running a company that only had to be accurate 75% of the time. 2*Shouldn't this be illegal? 3*does it just feel like we are being shaken down. 4*Dean .. Winning the credit war. =========== ========= =========== ==== 1*75% is incorrect. It's only 30% 2*Racketerring is illegal but money talks. 3*It's not a feeling-it's a fact! 4*We aren't the winners-they are because they make up the rules as they go along.
here's the whole story: WFNNB/AVENUE closed my account. I have proof: two credit reports (exp/tu) showing closed "Account closed by consumer 02-1995" EX Goes to apply for avenue, they said okay we'll just re-open your joint account from 95 (!?!) EX doesn't pay bill. Gets reported as late to my EXP. EX says they didn't tell her anything about my name being on the account.. WFNNB says they didn't need my permission to re-open joint account. I don't buy it. I disputed tradelines. I wonder if I have case to sue them (WFNNB)? I forget to mention in 99 i got divorced. I thought getting divorced meant EX cannot use my credit??
